What makes a Positive Cashflow Property?

Most people are fooled into thinking positive cashflow is rent minus loan. A true positive cashflow property will factor in all expenses too.

We will then go one step further and add back any tax benefits after allowing for depreciation on the property. This will vary for each person and their individual tax rate and the different property types.

The way of program works.

1. First we need to see if we can work together. 

We aren't selling you a property.

We are finding a project and we are working together to achieve the desired outcome. Our specialties and capabilities need to align with your goals and expected result. If these don't match up there is no point wasting each others time. 

2. Next we need to make sure you have the financial capability to look at the options we work with. For instance, you may want to build a rooming house but our brokers have assessed that your budget is not sufficient. Therefore we need to discuss the options available at your budget before we progress. 

3. The full consultation will cover every question you have and everything we can do for you. If everything aligns then we will invite you to join our program for 90 days. 
 

We work with you exclusively for 90 days to find you the right property.

 

We can only work with a select group of 5 clients at any point in time. We are a company looking for quality over quantity.
