What makes a Positive Cashflow Property?
Most people are fooled into thinking positive cashflow is rent minus loan. A true positive cashflow property will factor in all expenses too.
We will then go one step further and add back any tax benefits after allowing for depreciation on the property. This will vary for each person and their individual tax rate and the different property types.

For instance, you may want to build a rooming house but our brokers have assessed that your budget is not sufficient. Therefore we need to discuss the options available at your budget before we progress.
3. The full consultation will cover every question you have and everything we can do for you. If everything aligns then we will invite you to join our program for 90 days.
We work with you exclusively for 90 days to find you the right property.
