The Process
ASSESS
Enter your details in the above form for our team to assess if you qualify in purchasing a property in your super.
ZOOM
You will participate in a 45 minute zoom call with your consultant so you can meet face to face and explain why, what and how you can buy a property in your super. We will also book you in with our superannuation advisory team to set up your self managed superfund.
CONFIRMATION
One of our team members will review your information and will be in touch with you in 24 hours to confirm eligibility and next steps.
PHONE CONSULT
You will receive a 60 minute phone call from our financial advisor team member who will explain to you the process, risk and benefits of setting up a self manned super fund and get some details from you to commence the fund establishment.
INITIAL CONSULT
You will receive a 15 minute phone call from one our of our experienced consultants to explain the process in detail.
PROPERTY EXPERT
You will participate in a 60 minute zoom call with our property expert who will show you up to three property options that meets your strategy.
